La Canada Desert Homes 1 (LCDH1) is a small community of 80 homes located in Green Valley, Arizona.  We’re just east of La Canada and a few blocks north of Continental.

Our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions assume that our residents have chosen this area because they enjoy and want to maintain and preserve its natural environment.

We all own or rent homes that occupy an 80 foot circle. Every other square foot is owned and managed in common by the home owners, with decisions taken and plans developed by the Board. We share our land with desert plant, bird and animal life of all kinds. We take pride in our unique community design and our strong social ties.
